Adult Parties and Corporate Events
Does A Party 4 All only do children’s parties? No! We handle everything from the smallest children’s parties to the largest corporate events.
Can I call on Monday for a party on Saturday? It is suggested that you book your party 4-6 weeks in advance, but if you are in a pinch, give us a call! We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What are my location choices? All parties come to you – either your home or a site that you have secured or asked us to secure. Please speak with our sales staff to decide which option is best for you!
Are there certain days and times that I can host a party? No – we are totally flexible!
What form of payment do you accept? We currently accept payments through PayPal as well as checks, cash and money orders. We require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date for any event. For larger corporate events, 1/3 is due at the idea meeting, 1/3 is due 2 weeks before the event and the last 1/3 is due on the day of the event. Any returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 service fee.
How do I book a party? All parties are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Your non-refundable deposit must be received within 5 working days from the date you book your party. See above for balance due. If we are sending out invitations for you, they will not be mailed until the deposit is received.
It is suggested that you book your parties 4-6 weeks in advance.
What is the length of an average party? For Adult parties the length is dependent on the location and what you the customer choose. All rates will be discussed prior to the party.
Can I cancel my party? You may cancel a party at any time, but your deposit is non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule, we will work with you to find a suitable date. We may also access a service charge if we have purchased any special items for the party before the cancellation date. If invitations need to be resent, there will be an additional fee.
What if there is an illness or inclement weather?A Party 4 All reserves the right to reschedule your party due to inclement weather. If the client chooses to cancel an event and/or the services of A Party 4 All at that time, please remember, your deposit is non-refundable. If the guest of honor becomes ill, we will gladly work with you to choose an alternate date for your party, based on availability. If invitations need to be resent, there will be an additional fee.
Is there a minimum/maximum attendance?With notice and a suitable venue, we can accommodate any number of guests.
What about invitations? Invitations can be included in your package or we can mail them out for you. Please speak with our sales staff to decide which option is best for you!
When do I need to provide you with a final headcount? For large scale parties or adult parties where catering is needed, we will need to get the headcount at least a week in advance.
Please note: You are charged on the final headcount number, whether all the guests attend or not.
What about food allergies? Should any of your guests have food allergies, we will try our best to be accommodating. If a guest should have severe allergies, we recommend that either you or the guest provide an alternate menu item. It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies.
What happens if some of the guests are late to arrive? If we are planning a teambuilding event that is time sensitive, then we must stick to our schedule, so any guest who arrives late can join the events in progress. We may not be able to take all steps necessary with the late arrival to have them catch up with the group.
I am having a party for my teenage son/daughter. What happens if someone becomes ill, or is causing some disruption? We ask that you kindly take charge of any situation that might arise. We are only responsible for hosting the party, not the behavior of any guest.
Travel Charges -We will charge a nominal travel charge for any party. If the distance is outside of our normal area, we will discuss the extra fee with you up front.
What do I need to do if you are bringing the party to me?
For Adult Parties and Corporate Events: Details of Adult Parties will be handled through email and phone calls throughout the planning process
Photos We can provide instant photos at the time of the party, or digital photos which can be mailed to you the following week. A Party 4 All reserves the right to use the pictures for any promotional purpose. No names will be used.

Is there an age limit to the parties? We do parties for anyone ages 1 to 100! We customize each party to age of the guests attending. Please note that some party items for children may not be safe for toddlers.
What is the length of an average party? Our average party is 1.5 hours. If we are customizing a package especially for you, we will discuss the length in detail at that time. Please feel free to state a longer time on the invitations to allow time for the guest of honor to socialize.

Once we receive that count from you that is what will determinate the quantities of food and favors needed. If there are additions to the headcount after that date, please notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. You will be charged extra for the additions to the headcount.

We provide professional services to our customers, but in the event that there is damage or loss to either A Party 4 Allinventory or to the party location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. A Party 4 Allis not responsible for allergic reactions or medical conditions stemming from any activity which may have taken place before, during or after the party. The responsibility lies strictly with the customer.
